Become a STRIVE Affiliate

Introduce STRIVE’s successful model to your community and make a significant contribution by bringing hundreds of under-served adults into the workforce every year. Potential affiliates are often non-profit organizations, faith-based institutions, public school systems, or local municipalities interested in establishing an employment center with a commitment to assisting hard-to-employ individuals in securing unsubsidized entry-level jobs. The benefits of joining the STRIVE affiliate network include:

• Intensive guidance on setting up an innovative workforce development program.
• A wide range of training programs for affiliate staff members and management.
• Group-wide information-sharing on best practices and success stories.

• A dedicated central staff committed to quality control and affiliate needs.

STRIVE International responds to the specific operational needs of each affiliate site while leveraging knowledge and experience on behalf of the network as a whole. Affiliate Services include:

Information Exchange. STRIVE International shares our broad-based experience and resources with all affiliates through an easily accessible exchange.

Training. Throughout the year, STRIVE International hosts several training and networking conferences for affiliate staff members. Participants have an opportunity to deepen their experience of the STRIVE philosophy and our innovative approach to providing client services. For more information see Affiliate Support.

Technical Assistance. STRIVE International provides customized and direct support during each affiliate's start-up period, and as challenges arise or programs are expanded. In addition to frequent phone and email contact, members of the International staff make periodic on-site visits.
