Immediately upon graduation, the Job Developer researches appropriate jobs with each graduate and helps in setting up interviews. During the hiring decision-making process, they actively follow up with both the graduate and employer.

More than 400 businesses and corporations have employed our graduates with an average 90% recruiting STRIVE graduates year after year. Our accumulated experience in matching candidates to appropriate job opportunities is key to the program's resounding success. A 70% job retention rate for STRIVE graduates far exceeds the success of any government-sponsored program.
