Supportive Services

In the first three months after graduation and through their critical first two-years in the workplace, clients receive continual support. Beyond two years, STRIVE offers every graduate access to lifetime services at any of our Affiliate Network sites.

For many of our graduates, employment through STRIVE will be their first experience of working in a structured demanding environment. Our program is designed to train and place participants quickly, in as little as one month. But some clients need a longer training and formation period to prepare them to succeed in the rigors of a life so different from what they have known. To accommodate diverse personal needs and situations, supervised work-experience opportunities have been developed to support their transition into the traditional job market.

Selected clients may receive interim work assignments through STRIVE's temporary staffing services, or from non-profit businesses who often employ and train graduates in basic work skills, under close supervision, for a specified period of time.
